Before equipment arrives
Keep the agreed survey and site plan beside the arrival information.

- Provide the keys, permit route, induction and contact named during planning.

If the drain or site has changed

The person authorised to approve a change should remain reachable while preparation begins. If cleaning exposes wider cracking or lost support, the drainage company can show the new condition before the original repair is altered.
