Restore the pipe
The collapsed length needs direct replacement before neighbouring damage is considered for lining. Afterwards, CCTV and a flow check should cover the replacement, its joints and the usable bore across the complete repaired section.
Why a combined repair can be sensible
Targeted excavation can reopen the route at the collapse without replacing every connected pipe. Once access is restored, a liner may deal with cracked or worn sections beyond it. That mixed approach preserves usable drainage while addressing the part that internal equipment cannot cross.
